Возврат и обмен надлежащего качества ювелирных изделий из драгоценных металлов и драгоценных камней не производится (Постановление Правительства РФ № 55 от 19.01.1998). Товары индивидуального изготовления или с персонализацией (гравировка, размеры, изменения модели) обмену и возврату не подлежат, за исключением выявленных недостатков. В случае выявления недостатков применяется Закон РФ «О защите прав потребителей» № 2300‑1: вы вправе потребовать безвозмездного устранения недостатков, соразмерного уменьшения цены, замены товара либо возврата уплаченной суммы. Сроки удовлетворения требований определяются законом. Для дистанционной торговли право отказа от товара надлежащего качества действует в пределах сроков, установленных законодательством РФ, с учетом исключений, предусмотренных перечнем № 55. Товар должен сохранить товарный вид, потребительские свойства и документы, подтверждающие покупку. Если изделие отсутствует на складе, изготовление и доставка по Москве займут 2–5 недель.
